21 Days of Gratitude

Have you ever tried a gratitude journal? A gratitude journal helps flip the lens and changes our perspective.

The first step is to find a journal. It doesn’t have to be anything fancy. Write in the journal for 21 days. Research shows that a habit can be formed when practicing the same action over 21 days. At the end of the 21 days, take a mental note of how you feel.

Here are 21 journal prompts if you need help getting started.
