Therapy with a Holistic Approach

Through maximizing the mind and a holistic therapy approach, I will work with you to reach your optimal God given potential. My mission is to empower individuals, couples and families through overcoming life struggles.

My primary focus is anxiety, depression, grief, marriage and premarital issues. I utilize Mindfulness-Based Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and a Solution Focused Approach, all effective methods when chronic stress, anxiety, depression and even physical pain becomes overwhelming. As a therapist, it is my goal to help clients navigate towards positive growth in a safe, healing environment. I help my clients focus on the underlying cause of what is making them feel “stuck” and unhappy. Then, I teach them the tools they need to move forward by implementing healthy living, emotional support and guidance. I also introduce deep breathing, guided imagery and meditation techniques that are mostly influenced by yoga. Over time, I help my clients learn how to resolve their struggles and focus their energy on what makes them happy. I understand this is a tough step in healing, which is why I offer a safe environment and compassionate listening.
