About Nina

Nina Class, MS, LMFT

I work with individuals, families, couples and groups through a CBT and Solution Focused, client centered approach to implement healthy living, emotional support and guidance. I knew early on that I wanted to be a part of clients' "healing stories." I received my Master’s Degree in Mental Health and Family and Marriage Counseling at Palm Beach Atlantic University. It is here I experienced my graduate practicum as a behavioral therapist working with parents and children of Autism, ADHD and developmental delay.

I have also served with East Cooper Community Outreach through Marie Carter and Associates, Seacoast's North Charleston Dream Center and a special needs children’s ministry. With the help of local farmers and Fields to Families, my husband, Brian, and I help provide organic produce to families in need at Seacoast's North Charleston Dream Center. This is a ministry we have been praying about for years. It has been a remarkable feeling to help serve such a specific need. We are truly grateful to be a part of such a special mission and the Charleston farmers who supply the produce. The response has been incredible! We are passionate about educating others on how to care for their bodies through food and nutrition.

When I moved to Charleston, SC my husband, Brian, and I were blessed to establish Life Essentials Health Center. We believe in the hope of a happy, lasting marriage and reach out to families through the 5 essentials of healthy living in the Lowcountry. Together, we implement our vision of a complete wellness center, where mind and body are made whole. I currently reside in Charleston with my daughter and husband. We enjoy time with friends and family, serving at our incredible church, time near the water and travel.
