We hear so much about all the negative ways certain foods affect our health. What about all the health benefits associated with food?! Our ancestors had it right when they ate what they caught, picked or hunted.
Hippocrates said, “Let food be thy medicine and medicine be thy food.”
Next time you reach for that bottle of pills, think about what you are putting in your body. Edible remedies are helping everything from diabetes to high blood pressure.
