Couples Counseling

I believe in creating a safe, open atmosphere where couples can resolve concerns, work towards mutual love and respect and take preventative action steps for their relationships. As a marriage and family therapist, I teach couples how to improve their communication skills by learning how to empathize, mirror and validate. These skills are key to any loving and lasting relationship. I also provide support for couples who are struggling with pregnancy, infertility and pregnancy loss.

I am trained in Prepare-Enrich, a Christian based premarital assessment and curriculum. I also utilize a few helpful resources that have proven effective:
